Are you a Land owner

Unique opportunity

We’re always open to discussions with property entrepreneurs who own land or knock down/rebuild candidates suitable for NDIS SDA developments. 

Our ‘must have’ criteria prior to engagement is:

1) The location must have one or more approvals from either the incoming participants, SIL Provider or SDA Provider

2) The location must be close to amenities and within 15km from a CBD or in a major regional city.

3) Blocks must be a minimum of 600m2 and level with a maximum 500mm rise or fall.
