Tim, a building industry veteran with over 30 years experience, plays a critical role in liaising with developers, architects, builders, and SDA assessors, prior to work commencing on site. Once initiated, Tim works closely with builders, investors, and stakeholders to manage feasibility, planning coordination, consultant teams, and project delivery.
Known for his collaborative and detail-driven approach, Tim works with all stakeholders to align project objectives with commercial outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with confidence.
