Perth NDIS Feature Property – Grand Opening

Very exciting times last week at the open house of our first 3 x HPS and OOA designed home in Perth.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our latest NDIS feature home, which took place this week. This special occasion was attended by a select gathering of approximately 50 people, including participants, carers, several Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers, community members, and stakeholders. The event provided an opportunity for everyone to witness firsthand the exceptional features and amenities that our NDIS feature home has to offer. Many provided very positive feedback and expressed their admiration for the layout and size of the living spaces, bedrooms, and en-suites.

But there is no doubt that the best part of the day was when one of the participants (tenants – people with disabilities) came in with their carer and exclaimed, “Is this my home?” with a huge smile on their face.

It is incredibly rewarding to witness the sheer happiness they felt, knowing they had an amazing new home to move into. While we are a building and development company, and making money is part of our business, the most fulfilling aspect is bringing joy to people’s lives – both the new tenants and the investor who built the property.

The current NDIS pricing arrangements from July 2023 for three High Physical Support (HPS) participants in a home in Balga, the suburb in which this property has been built, is approximately $207,000 per annum.

At All Ability Building and Development, we are continuously building and developing in Perth. However, we specifically focus on locations where there is a need for homes for people with disabilities, as required by SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and SIL (Supported Independent Living) providers. We have over 40 houses nearing completion, scattered throughout the city. These houses range from as far south as Mandarah, which is approximately 70km south, to approximately 15km north and 20km east of the CBD.
